Our Founder
Eno A. Atta has over 21 years of experience in the design, construction, and management of various multi-million dollar, corporate, hospitality, educational and restorative renovation projects. She has provided key project and construction management oversight for many high-profile projects in the United States and United Kingdom. She provided leadership of the DeKalb County School District SPLOST IV and V programs in the Atlanta area and led the client's K12 capital projects and improvements of multiple elementary, middle, and high schools. Before Ms. Atta's previous role, she worked as a project manager/contract administrator for an international development company, managing the project initiation and design development phases, including leading and collaborating with consultants from three different continents. She is a LEED Accredited Professional, Project Management Professional, as well as a Certified Construction Manager. She is very proficient in architectural design, project management, construction management, and client engagement. She has a passion for infrastructure and the need to provide excellent services that support the delivery of every project through the lens of equity.

S5 Consult Inc. (S5C) is a premier, minority-owned Project & Construction Management (PM/CM) firm based out of Atlanta, Georgia. We are a registered disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) firm that offers professional services across the infrastructure development spectrum.
